- How to make Cashew Chicken Stir Fry
- Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in wok or large deep skillet on medium-high heat 1 minute. Add the chicken, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, ginger, and garlic; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165degF. Transfer to a clean platter and cover to keep warm. Combine cornstarch with remaining 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and set aside in a small bowl. Stir-fry broccoli and peppers for 3-4 minutes, or until crisp. Return chicken to the pan and add brown sugar, sesame oil, chicken broth. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture starts to bubble. Stir in the cornstarch mixture. Cook at medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until thickened. Stir in Fisher(r).
