Spencer Matthews sets Ironman Challenge and Doc “Seven In Seven”
EXCLUSIVE : Finding Michael’s Spencer Matthews just completed 30 desert marathons within 30 days, but he is not finished yet. The cameras are rolling to capture his next challenge.
Matthews is now aiming to break the Guinness World Record by completing Ironman challenges on all seven continents. Matthews made his name in Made in Chelsea, but in recent times has turned to endurance.
The UK indie Whisper will document his journey for a documentary series called Seven in Seven
which has not yet been sold.

Matthews, 36, is aiming to finish the Ironman in just four weeks. Only one other person has completed the challenge before. Spencer will complete a 42.2km run, a 180km bike ride, and a 3.8km swimming distance on each continent. The hardest triathlon is in Antarctica.
Matthews said, “This is ambitious, but I’ve discovered that pushing myself and achieving things previously unachievable is something I love.” Matthews now holds the Guinness World Record after successfully completing thirty marathons in just 30 days in the Jordanian Desert.
The Great Desert Challenge had everyone mesmerised. Spencer will do the same. Spencer will once again mesmerize everyone with his new challenge. Everyone was mesmerised and captivated by the Great Desert Challenge.
Matthews gained fame with Made in Chelsea and last year directed the high-end Disney+ documentary Finding Michael. The film was about his search for Michael Matthews who died in 1999 on Mount Everest. The show’s launch was delayed briefly, but it was still a success.
Louisa McDonald, Money Talent Management, packaged the deal for Whisper. It is unique. Whisper is on a roll. It has expanded beyond sports production and landed Netflix documentary series Saudi Pro League Kick Off featuring Cristiano Cristiano, along with gameshows Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy and Pictionary for ITV.
