She led the redesign of apnews.com which resulted a significant increase in traffic year-over-year. She also led the launch of a program to generate reader revenue that brought in substantial revenue for the AP. She has extensive experience in managing internal communications, creating successful marketing campaigns, and increasing audience engagement. Johns’ experience in e-commerce and entertainment, as well as in news and technology, demonstrates her versatility and ability adapt strategies to an ever-changing media landscape.
