In a Gordon Ramsay series first, Chef Ramsay will venture into struggling restaurants under the cover of night. He will gather unfiltered, raw evidence from a source inside each restaurant and gain a 360 degree view of their major problems. The insider’s identity will remain secret from the staff and Ramsay will use it to infiltrate a restaurant at night to conduct a black-light kitchen investigation. This will reveal more filth than ever. Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service is his most difficult assignment to date, as he will take drastic measures to transform the restaurant and its staff. Gordon knows that he can renovate and upgrade the menu, but the biggest change must come from the customers.
