Rosie the Riveter is another popular Halloween costume that is extremely cheap and easy to pull off. You only need a shirt, a denim scarf and some makeup. You may not need to spend any money on this costume. You’ll then be transformed into the most popular emoji. If you already have a button up, glasses, suspenders and a tie, you can create this look in minutes. Even if you don’t have any of those things, you can pull the total look together for less than $20 easily.
Cat
The cat look is fairly easy to put together. You can get a pair on cat ears for under $10 at Amazon. Pull it out and tape printed photos of cookies to it for a quick and cheap Halloween costume!
