In January 2022, their romance was confirmed after a close friend of the couple told PEOPLE. The person said that Anna has been quietly dating Bill for more than a year. They met years ago. They’ve worked together on a film and she’s hosted Saturday Night Live. But they met after the movie. Both of them are hysterical, so they have to keep each other amused all the time.
