12. Williams-Paisley, despite all the agita she experienced in her life after watching the film, credits it with changing everything. It even led her to her real-life spouse Brad Paisley. Williams-Paisley told E! that in 1991, the country singer was an aspiring musician. For him and the girl who he was dating, “it was like their movie” Williams-Paisley said. News. The 18-year old singer couldn’t focus on anything else but the incredibly attractive actress onscreen. He returned to the theatre four years later for Father of the Bride Part II, and was once again captivated by the actress. “I thought, she seems like a great girl–smart and funny and all those things that are so hard to find,” he told Good Housekeeping.
