Dulce De Leche Tiramisu Recipe

This Is My New Favorite Dessert.

There’s nothing that currently tops it. The dulce de leche and espresso-soaked ladyfingers are all huddled together in a creamy, delicious slice. My all-time favorites desserts:

In just the past two years, I have bought a ridiculous number of individual tiramisu cup from our local upscale grocery store. (Shoutout to Kowalskis). It is their Dulce De Leche Tiramisu variety that I love. This is a photo of me testing it side-by-side…

And I determined that THIS HOMEMADE TIRAMISU WAS EVEN BETTER. This recipe is in a classic whole-pan format, which makes it a show-stopping dessert for a dinner party. This is a recipe I will make every Christmas from now on. It’s so easy to prepare and can be done ahead of time. THE CONVENIENCE!

Since this version doesn’t include alcohol,

Eating tiramisu out of a bowl.

the key to next-level success is using truly rich, dark espresso

for soaking the ladyfingers. You can technically use any strong coffee or homemade espresso made from powder. If you really want to impress yourself, order five or six espresso shots from Starbucks (in my case, decaf) for soaking. You can also use your espresso machine if you already have one.

You will die of joy. The depth! The richness! It’s incredible!
