Crispy Buffalo tofu with Caesar Salad recipe

I’ve Made This Tofu 3x This Week.

Sometimes eaten in a frenzy as a finger food at 5pm, but usually tossed on top of a creamy kale caesar salad like you see here – it’s bar food meets wholesome food.

This buffalo tofu is way too easy. Just criminal. My favorites:

The bagged Caesar from Trader Joe’s

  • The buffalo sauce that I use to dip my girls into ranch or ketchup. The following are my favorites:

This Avocado Kale Caesar

The Buffalo sauce is too hot for my daughters, so I give them a few pieces without the sauce for them to dip in ketchup or ranch. They love it.

I cooked last night for dinner, and thought I should tell you that I doubled the recipe. We have a 4 person family, with 2 little kids who aren’t big eaters, and we had ZERO leftovers. I think Bjork and I could eat the entire block of tofu. I hope you enjoy it! If buffalo is more your style, you’ll love these buffalo chicken tacos and buffalo cauliflower burgers. DANG. DANG.
