- How to make Classic Minnesota Tater Tot Hotdish
- Preheat the oven to 375deg. Drain off the excess fat. In a large pan, brown ground beef and onion. Drain off the excess fat.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, peas, carrots, corn and cheese, stir thoroughly.
- Transfer the ground beef and vegetable mixture into a 8 x8 baking dish.
Top with the frozen tater tots.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and serve warm.
