How to make Cashew Brittle
Line baking sheet with non-stick foil or lightly buttered wax paper. In a heavy sauce pan, over medium heat, stir butter with sugar and corn syrup. Cook mixture 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches 290degF (on candy thermometer). Remove from heat. Stir in cashews. Spread on prepared pan.
Cool. Break apart.

- cups PLANTERS(r) Deluxe Cashews Line baking sheet with non-stick foil or lightly buttered wax paper.
- In heavy sauce pan over medium heat stir together butter, sugar and corn syrup. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture reaches 290degF on candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Stir in cashews.
