  • How to make a Breakfast Egg Bake
  • Grease a 9×13 inch pan. The frozen hashbrowns should be placed at the bottom of the baking pan. Then whisk in the heavy cream. Pour the egg mixture on top of the hashbrowns.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 375degF for 45-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

  • 1 cup red pepper
