7:45 PM PT — There were 60 passengers and 4 crew members on board the plane … according to American Airlines. ABC News reports there were 3 Army soldiers on board the Black Hawk helicopter.
An American Airlines regional jet preparing to land in Washington D.C. on Wednesday night collided with a military Blackhawk helicopter near Reagan Washington National Airport … according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
