Visit Me at My Book Tour!

I’m going to a book tour. This is my first book tour in six years and I am very excited to get out there and talk about how travel has changed as well as hang out with readers of this site! This is my first book in six years, and I am very excited to go out and discuss how travel has evolved, as well as spend time with readers on this site. COVID changed the travel industry forever. A lot of companies/hotels/hostels closed during the pandemic while old methods of saving money became obsolete and new methods came into being.

And, since 2017, prices have gone up. Prices have increased a lot. The post-COVID inflation explosion is a major factor. As you may have noticed, travel is not as affordable as it used to be in 2017. Since travel has changed, I wanted to make sure that the new book reflected the current conditions travelers face in terms of planning a trip and saving money. It also reflects the challenges we face in navigating different regions around the globe. This book is aimed at long-term travelers but anyone can benefit from it.

Book your Flight

Find cheap flights by using Skyscanner. My favorite search engine is Skyscanner because it searches all websites and airlines in the world, so I know that no stone will be left unturned.

Book Your Accommodation

You can book your hostel with Hostelworld. Booking.com is the best option if you don’t want to stay in a hostel. It consistently offers the lowest rates for hotels and guesthouses.

Don’t Forget Travel Insurance

Travel insurance will protect you against illness, injury, theft, and cancellations. This is comprehensive coverage in the event of an accident. My favorite companies that offer the best service and value are:

Travel credit cards allow you to earn points that can be redeemed for free flights and accommodation — all without any extra spending. Want to Travel for Free
