Typically I love to make Loaded Hashbrowns on our Blackstone Griddle but it’s been super cold here so I was looking for something to make inside. This recipe was also a hit because I didn’t own any hashbrowns. This is comfort food at its best, and you’ll love it.

Grab your skillet and give it a try — you won’t be disappointed!
