Mike Tyson explains glove-biting after losing to Jake Paul

Mike Tyson revealed a strange fixation during his post-match interview at the Dallas boxing rings, where he lost against his opponent Jake Paul.

When asked why he bit his left boxing gloves so frequently, the former heavyweight champ replied, “I do have a habit to bite my gloves.”
When asked why, he responded: “I have a fixation with biting.”

Tyson bit Evander Holyfield’s ear during a 1997 world title bout, which led to his disqualification.

When asked if he had been satisfied with his performance in the fight against Jake Paul, he responded: “Absolutely yes. “I knew that he would be a great fighter. He was well prepared, but I was there to fight.

Fans were outraged by the outcome of the fight. Jake Paul won the fight with 78 strikes to Tyson’s 18, in eight rounds lasting two minutes.
One tweet summed up the displeasure of fans at the contest between Paul, 29, and a man more than twice his age.

Another tweet read: “BREAKING – Jake Paul challenged Jimmy Carter to a boxing bout after beating Mike Tyson, age 58.”
“Terrible fight on all sides.” “I wasn’t expecting Tyson go crazy, but he did barely anything except bite his glove,” another said.
Someone else wrote: “Watching Tyson getting paid 20 million dollars to bite a hand,”
The match attracted more than 70,000 spectators. The match was attended by more than 70,000 people.
