Michele Morrone, Franco Nero, Ana Golja Join Movie ‘Bunny-Man’
EXCLUSIVE: Michele Morrone (365 Days), Franco Nero (Django), and Ana Golja have joined Mike Tyson, Bella Thorne, and James Franco in the cast of Italian superhero movie Bunny-Man.
Andrea Iervolino, Ferrari’s producer, is representing the Motus Studios at the American Film Market. The filmmaker is said to be Bunny-Man, whose identity is closely guarded.
The project will begin filming in Italy next week. A large part of the shoot will take place in a virtual set. Tyson has completed his role in the film. He will be taking part in Jake Paul’s boxing match in just ten days.
Bunny-Man’s plot is said to revolve around an anonymous superhero, a multimillionaire who fights evil forces wearing a bunny mask. His motivation is to avenge the suicide of his sister after she was attacked. Images of her were posted on the internet. Here are some images of the character as well as a recent press conference featuring Tyson.
Iervolino announced today that a single music will be released along with the film.
Iervolino said: “I think Bunny-Man is going to revolutionize how we view superheroes.” This character is a combination of mystery and modernity. Not only in his story, but also in the way the audience connects to him. “It’s an honor to produce Italy’s very first superhero franchise. I am confident that it will have a lasting effect on the global market.”
Emanuele Moretti, CEO of Motus Studios, said: “We believe strongly on the commercial potential Bunny-Man. We really think that it can be a start of an independent superhero saga.”
