Cranberry Almond Granola is a type of homemade or store-bought granola made with oats, dried cranberries, almonds, and often a sweetener like honey or maple syrup. - How to make Cranberry Almond Granola
- Preheat your oven to 325degF (160degC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, sliced almonds, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the oat mixture, stirring well to make sure everything is evenly coated.
Spread the granola mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Stirring halfway through the baking time will ensure an even browning. Bake for 20-25 mins. Keep an eye on it towards the end to prevent burning.
Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, stir in the dried cranberries.
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
Enjoy it on yogurt, with milk, or as a snack on its own!
