Anker’s latest wireless charger is fully foldable and I love it

I can’t recall the last time I was excited by a charging station until I saw Anker’s latest releases at an event in NYC. I was impressed by the MagGo Foldable Wireless Charging Station, which is a 3-in-1 charging station that can charge up to three devices at once. It can charge up to three devices simultaneously and folds flat, making it portable. The charger is folded in half and you bring each end to the middle one at a time. It supports QI2 fast charging, and can simultaneously recharge your Apple Watches or iPhones. A five-foot Type-C cable charges the wireless charger.

Anker’s budget audio sub-brand, Soundcore, also had a few new releases: the Space One Pro and the Aerofit 2. Space One Pros is the new midrange over-ear headphone offering from Anker. The $200 headphones are equipped with what Soundcore calls its “most advanced noise-canceling technology to date.” It works using a four-stage system. The features include: 1) a total six microphones on each earcup 2) an expanded acoustic room 3) an adaptive ANC algorithm 3.0 and 4) high-sensitivity driver. Most of these are standard ANC features found on all audio peripherals that provide noise-canceling capabilities, so I’m going to hold my amusement for these headphones until I get to test them out myself.

Anker promises an ergonomic headband with soft earcups along with a foldable design thanks to a new FlexiCurve Structure–we’ll have more to come on that after we’ve spent some time with the headphones.

The Aerofit 2 are the company’s new running-focused open-ear buds. The Aerofit 2 have a hook-style design that wraps your ears to provide a snug fit. These buds are wireless-charging and only $100. Fast charging is said to allow them to last up four hours with a five minute charge. The new JBL line shares three major features. It’s waterproof (IP67), has a loop-style handle to attach it to your bag and it offers Auracast so that you can pair up two Select 4 Go Speakers for a stereo effect. It’s surprising that $25 speakers can offer Auracast functionality. I’m eager to see how it compares with JBL’s latest releases.
