Veggie Dip –

This Veggie Dip was inspired by my love of Garden Veggie Cream Cheese, it’s similar but a little more rustic with a few larger pieces of veggies. It’s a great way to add a flavorful twist to your snacking while enjoying a variety vegetables. I believe that if it has vegetables, it’s healthy.

Recipes such as this one are great because they can be customized with the veggies and crackers you prefer. There’s a dip for everyone, whether you like spicy, creamy, tangy or savory flavors.

Veggie dip is a creamy and flavorful appetizer made primarily from cream cheese mixed with various vegetables, herbs, and seasonings. It is a versatile dip that pairs well with raw or lightly steamed vegetables, crackers, bread, and more. Ingredients

Cream cheese, softened

Mayonnaise

Lemon juice

Grated carrots

  • Diced celery
  • Diced green pepper
  • Diced red pepper
  • Chopped green onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Assorted crackers
  • How to make Veggie Dip
  • In a medium sized bowl, blend the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Add vegetables.
  • Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours.

Serve with your favorite assorted crackers.
